To help protect your investment and ensure everything continues to perform as intended, we’re excited to offer an estate management program designed for the homes of our valued clients. Proactive maintenance helps prevent costly repairs and provides peace of mind year-round.

The program includes options for annual, biannual, or quarterly inspections conducted by our knowledgeable staff. You’ll receive tailored preventive maintenance recommendations, early identification of potential issues, and priority service—all managed by a team that knows your home better than anyone.

If you choose to engage F.E. Trainer to handle repairs, you will receive prompt service from the same trusted vendors we work with daily. You are also free to work with your own vendors and simply use F.E. Trainer for inspections and reporting.

Will F.E. Trainer manage my home's service and maintenance needs if they did not build my home?
At this time, our estate management services are exclusive to existing clients who have previously worked with F.E. Trainer, regardless of the size of the construction or renovation project.

What are the fees for your estate management services?
We offer annual, biannual, or quarterly estate management plans. Annual inspections are $325 per visit, biannual plans are $300 per visit (billed in advance at $600), and quarterly plans are $275 per visit (billed in advance at $1,100). These fees cover the cost of the visit and the inspection report but do not include the cost of repairs. Our team will complete a thorough analysis of your property and provide a comprehensive report on your home’s condition, including prioritized recommendations and estimated repair costs.

What happens if something breaks or fails inbetween your check-ins?
As your trusted estate management team, we are available in emergencies to help mitigate damage and coordinate the appropriate vendors to resolve any issues. Additional fees may apply depending on the situation. For example, if a gutter is damaged due to snow or a fallen limb and the damage is not significant enough to file an insurance claim, we will help ensure the repairs are completed correctly and in a timely manner.

Annual Plan: $325/visit
Biannual Plan: $300/visit
Quarterly Plan: $275/visit
