F.E. Trainer completed the whole home renovation of this Loudon County home in 2024. The residence blends modern and classic architectural styles with clean, contemporary interiors to achieve a bold and distinct look. Rustic materials were selected to surround the homeowners with beloved textures from the Rocky Mountains. Forged brass accents are used in the kitchen alongside oak cabinetry and floors. Rough-textured apron sinks in stone and firecrete mimic the trout rivers they frequent in Wyoming. A beautiful cast concrete soaking tub in the master bathroom is perfectly matched to wooden-style floor tiles and textured subway tiles. Forged steel doors and windows bring a primitive touch to rooms, along with large, exposed timber beams. Quarter-sawn white oak doors are another distinct feature of this renovation, as is the large window wall on the back of the house.
